Test fitting the Cybernet motherboard in the TI shell - it's a nice fit and the angled RAM made it fit nicely under the keyboard.

Test fitting the keyboard after trimming. Good fit - but in the end I went for a new keyboard with plastic mounts rather than trying to fix the broken keys.

I simply glued the Keywarrior circuit to the underside of the keyboard, making a permanent PS/2 keyboard out of it. The small chip is the eeprom containing the key codes.

Final installation of the keyboard in the case, with the keywarrior insulated from the outside world. The only other change to the keyboard was to remove the locking pin from inside the Alpha Lock, making it momentary.

Fitting the motherboard, RAM, power board and IDE into place. The front of the console was a very tight fit, but nothing needed to be squeezes when properly routed.

I had to trim some ribs from the bottom of the case to make the power supply board lay flat.

The hard drive is a standard laptop drive with an adapter, permanently mounted to the top of the case, over an area of motherboard with plenty of clearance.
