This program is very similar to the Microsoft 'Marquee' screen saver. In fact, the only real difference is that it can extract the lines of text that scroll across from a text file which you provide. Each quote in the text file should be a single line.

slogans.txt is a useful source to start with if you don't have your own, and was provided by Brent Butler (of http://www.brentbutler.com)
