The original concept for 'Mass Murderer' came to a 16 year old version of me while mowing the lawn. That should be enough to explain it, really. Prowl the dark alleys looking for victims, avoid the police. The twist was that the police didn't know to look for you until they found a body.

Originally written for TI BASIC, I later grabbed it as a quick test of my ability to port BASIC games to C, since it was fairly short. (I also ported it and a couple other games to the Apple 2, but I don't expect to ever see those again).

Later still, I decided to try to sell the game, and revamped it to the slightly more politically correct 'Robot Fighter'. But the game itself is exactly the same, except some of the text. (I don't know who did the Robot Fighter title page for me, we believe it was Alan Haddrell, though.)
