This program monitors your registry startup keys, and the WIN.INI load= and run= lines, and notifies you if anything changes them. You may approve or deny the change, rolling it back to what it was. You may also set it to automatically deny the change, or to merely tell you rather than do anything. (You can also tell it to ignore, but that's intended for during times you are working on the registry, and doesn't make a lot of sense. :) )
