If this software is cool or useful to you, consider a small donation to the programmer! There is *no* need to pay to download and enjoy this software! But it's a lot of work and I do it in my so-called spare time, so a couple of dollars would be really appreciated! :)

ti99.gif Download Hero for Extended BASIC (4.9 k)

Hero is a 5 stage platform game in Extended BASIC. Your girlfriend, oh, let's call her Annie, was kidnapped by the evil.. um... oh, Billy Joe Bob. You play, ah, how about Sam Radly, the studly and pixellated hurdle champion of Wannabet High.

Sam must jerkily run and jump through five stages, collecting the square, um, magical signalling chips. Only once he has all the chips on a stage will the UFO lower a ladder and let him advance to the next stage.

  • There is a glitch that will crash the program if you move too far left or right (so that you'd end up off screen). I'll fix it if anyone cares, but you'd die anyway ;)
  • You *will* die if you jump and land on a wafer. They're, um, electric and you die when you step off them and touch them and the ground at the same time. ;)
