All this program does is parse a WAV file, and either add or crop the number of samples you specify to the beginning or end of the file.
Added samples are taken from the beginning of the file, resulting either in duplication or looping. Cropped samples are, well, cropped.
Program parses the header so can detect mono/stereo and 8/16 bit samples properly. In theory it can handle 255 channels and 256 bit samples, but that's not tested.
If you don't know what this is good for, you don't need it. Maybe just as a sample for how to very hackily parse a WAV header. ;)
